    1) Measurement of Waste in kg every week (will gradually separate waste)
    2) Measurement of Water used in litres every week
    3) Measurement of Egenergy consumed in k/h every week

Communication to staff and guests

  • Staff training and awareness
    • Each Department Representative will pass message on to other  staff via HOD
    • Measurement result on staff notice board every month (broken down per week)
    • Programme mentioned in staff induction package

  • Guest awareness and involvement
    • Information on website
    • Information in the room folders
    • Participation in towel re-use programme
    • Monthly results to be communicated to guest via reception
